Raj pilot pricing

SeQRa’s platform/application fee for the Raj pilot is exactly 0%. Clients pay exactly the amount authorised in the accepted Project Plan and payment schedule. SeQRa adds no percentage, fixed fee, markup or surcharge and retains A$0 from each pilot project payment.

Stripe costs

Stripe processes direct charges and payouts on the Provider’s connected account. Stripe pricing is external and variable by payment method, card origin, currency conversion, Connect configuration and future pricing changes. Current indicative Australian pricing is published by Stripe; it is not a SeQRa fee.

Under the configured direct-charge model, Stripe costs are applied according to the connected-account controller fee setting. That setting must be confirmed and disclosed before live activation.

Payment is not payout

A successful client payment, a Stripe balance entry, a transfer and a bank payout are different events. Payout timing is controlled by Stripe and may be delayed by verification, risk review, banking timelines, reserves, refunds or disputes. Funds are not promised to be immediately available.

No escrow or tax invention

SeQRa does not hold itself out as a bank, escrow service or trust account. GST and tax treatment depend on the parties’ circumstances and are not determined by SeQRa.
