Pilot Program Terms

Production access is restricted to Raj’s authorised Business, invited Clients and existing authorised staff. Projects and payments are genuine commercial activity, not test transactions. Stripe onboarding and verification are mandatory.
Pilot pricing and scope
SeQRa’s pilot platform fee is 0%; Stripe’s actual costs still apply. Dashboard, Projects, Business Profile and Settings form the Provider pilot scope. Other features may be unavailable.
Suspension and continuity
Pilot access and new-payment creation may be suspended for security, compliance or payment risk. Existing webhook processing, reconciliation and authorised refunds continue where safe.
Support and review
Incident and pilot support: Pilot support contact to be confirmed before live activation. Pilot start, end and review dates must be confirmed before activation. Any later pricing requires advance notice and explicit updated terms; SeQRa will not silently introduce a fee.
